• Accounts may not be transferred to any third party.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

• If you lose connection during a game, your progress is saved and you can pick up right where you left off.

• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, all bets on that event will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, OKPJ reserves the right to recalculate or void the affected bets at the correct odds.
• Once a live betting event has started, placed bets cannot be changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OKPJ platform. Any account found in violation will be suspended immediately:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Hacking game software or using cheat tools.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward support staff.

If OKPJ detects suspicious activity, the account may be suspended without notice pending investigation. Relevant information will be shared with law enforcement authorities if required.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support with a closure request. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

• OKPJ may terminate an account without notice for violations of its Terms & Conditions.
• Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account termination.
• If a cancellation occurs without any rule violation, the original balance will be refunded.
